Artist Statement

"My expression is pranalistic in form, taking a raw and wild energy flow and using it to create my
pieces thus appeasing the mind. My work comes from energy within which cannot be explained
or controlled, each piece is a creation taken from this energy and is a result of the many images
and emotions that I hold within.

I am fascinated by nature and how it wants to occupy every space and express itself with more and more variety, sometimes overwhelming us. I am intrigued by human existence in its many forms
and how it affects nature. This symbiosis is a major inspiration for my work in which I investigate
juxtapositional formation and associated interdependence of the forms in new ways.

Each phase of my expression and inspiration leads into another like the moon as it wanes. As I work and complete the studies they gradually decrease in illumination and draw to a natural close. Then the energy and inspirational flow wax thus increasing in illumination continuing my creative cycle. I cannot explain myself or the feelings that drive my inspiration, I do what I do and create continuously. Without the creative energy flow I am nothing and with it I am totally absorbed, functioning in the now and not knowing where it will take me next."
